• As an architect, you’ll work on a maximum of two projects at a time. We want you to have the time to do things properly.
• You’ll work as part of an autonomous Solita team. We have a flat hierarchy and some of the strongest peer support in the industry.
• You’ll have a say in the kinds of projects you’re assigned to.
• The architect role here is valued and strategic—you don’t just execute others’ plans, you define the direction you believe in.
• You’ll help build a modern “intelligence platform” that enables the practical use of generative AI across the entire data value chain.
