Job Description
Data and Performance Manager
Work setup: We operate in a hybrid work environment, encouraging applicants who are open to working in the office two days a week.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 11 PM Manila time, overlaps with UK operating hours.
Employment type: Permanent.
Location: Makati City, Metro Manila.
Pay range: Php 45,000 to 61,000.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver effective Management Information visualisations and data analysis to support robust operational delivery and enable effective decision making for Education Operations.
- Develop and deliver low or no‑cost Process Improvement solutions through utilisation of automation tools such as Power Automate, PowerApps, SharePoint and other M365 applications for Operations and the wider organisation.
