Central to this role is providing carriers with performance analytics and feedback whilst identifying opportunities and areas for improvement.

The Role

• Ensure that the Carrier Management-related components of the broking strategy are delivered, always aligning to our core principle of acting in the best interests of our original clients.
• Ensure the delivery of contractually committed services to carriers as set out in our Carrier Services Agreements, coordinating and collaborating with global teams where appropriate.
• Provide carriers with performance analytics and feedback, identifying resulting opportunities and areas for improvement.
