Position Title: Data Analytics - Software and Systems Defects
Duration: Contract
Location: Gaydon
Duties:
This role (data analytics - Software and Systems Defects) is focused on ensuring the integrity, consistency and usability of software and systems defect data across all areas of the business.
The defects are created and managed in JIRA and visualised in Tableau.
This role bridges the gap between the testing engineers, the defect resolution engineers and the releasing teams by analysing the complex datasets, resolving tooling issues, and preparing high-quality data for decision-making and reporting.
Skills:
Ability to support project planning with data-driven insights.
Ability to create transparent weekly Senior-Management Reporting
Ability to interact with key engineering stakeholders to ensure metrics are aligned and correct
