Job Description
Overview
We are looking for 3–4 experienced Senior Data Analysts to join an international team on a remote basis. You will work directly with stakeholders and technical teams to transform data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders and senior executives to understand analytics needs.
- Conduct discovery sessions and requirements workshops.
- Collect, clean, and prepare data using manual and automated tools.
- Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI and present findings through clear business presentations.
- Document data and process flows, identifying gaps and improvement areas.
- Mentor internal team members and support cloud/data migration initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related STEM fields.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in data analytics.
