General Purpose The Digital Marketing Analyst supports Paychex's Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and personalization programs by leveraging data, experimentation, and digital analytics to improve website performance and customer experience. This role is responsible for analyzing user behavior, maintaining tracking integrity, identifying optimization opportunities, supporting A/B testing initiatives, and developing actionable reporting that drives business outcomes. The ideal candidate has strong experience with digital analytics platforms, website tracking implementation, Google Tag Manager, PowerBI, Looker Studio, experimentation methodologies, and communicating insights to stakeholders across marketing, UX, product, and development teams.
