MAIN DUTIES Develop, maintain and improve Power BI dashboards to track operational performance and project delivery. Generate weekly and monthly reporting packs, including summaries, commentary, and action‑oriented notes for leadership and stakeholders. Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, throughput measures, backlog metrics, and operational efficiency indicators. Ensure reporting outputs are consistent, standardised, and aligned to business priorities.
