Job Description
- Conduct data profiling for customer, meter, billing, payments, and service order datasets
- Perform data cleansing and standardisation based on approved business and regulatory rules
- Support ETL activities and data mapping for CIS migration
- Prepare and validate data extracts, transformation logic, and reconciliation results
- Perform root cause analysis on data issues
- Maintain data dictionaries and documentation
