In this role, you will examine service agreement records, validate critical data points, and help maintain accurate information across business systems. Responsibilities:
• Examine active and historical customer service agreements to confirm that records are complete, accurate, and aligned with source documentation.
• Validate key contract elements such as coverage terms, effective and expiration dates, invoicing details, equipment information, and total contract value.
• Cross-check data stored in business platforms against supporting files to detect mismatches, omissions, and other record discrepancies.
