The WRTP | BIG STEP Data Analyst Manager is an in‑person, on‑site role reporting daily to the organization’s Milwaukee, WI office and plays a critical role in leveraging data to support informed decision‑making and advance the organization’s mission. This position is responsible for identifying business intelligence, reporting, and data analysis needs, as well as performing data evaluation and integration; data cleansing, standardization, and de‑duplication; data processing; data warehousing; and database design.
