You own the data backbone of a multi-brand Australian education group—transforming raw student and operational data into actionable insights that drive enrollment, completion, and compliance outcomes. Your work sits at the intersection of the Registrar's office, academic teams, and quality functions, where precision and timeliness directly impact organizational decisions.
This is not a reactive support role. You develop dashboards, manage data integrity across multiple systems, and respond to time-sensitive analytical requests from leadership and operational stakeholders. You work within clear reporting scopes and defined data governance standards, and are trusted to identify trends, flag risks, and recommend improvements that strengthen student outcomes.
