Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling all IPC Customer and Dealer Management System activities, including coordination to dealer network and report creation.
- Maintains accuracy of customer demographics and sales data and prepares monthly and annual summary reports pf trends and deviation for sharing to concerned departments.
- Represents the team in ISO related audits and ensures compliance to documentation and guidelines.
Requirements
- Graduate of Business Management or related course.
- With at least 3 years of system data management and sales analytics; experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
- Excellent critical thinking and organizational skills.
- Results-driven and output-oriented.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
