Commercial & Operational Analytics
- Analyse business performance across operational and commercial metrics to identify trends, risks, opportunities and profitability improvements.
- Independently extract, manipulate and analyse data using SQL and Business Intelligence tools.
- Analyse key performance indicators including:
- Customer Registrations
- First Time Depositors (FTDs)
- Deposits and Withdrawals
- Wagering Turnover
- Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR)
- Net Gaming Revenue (NGR)
- Sportsbook Performance
- Casino Performance
- Customer Activity and Behaviour
- Customer Retention
- Marketing Campaign Performance
- Investigate changes in business performance and identify the underlying drivers impacting commercial results.
