Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst / Industrial Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business and operational data, developing and improving workflows, optimizing business processes, and creating dashboards and reports to support management decision‑making. Experience in the EPC or construction industry is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze operational, project, HR, procurement, and cost data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Design, develop, and optimize workflows and business processes across departments.
- Create process maps, SOPs, and workflow diagrams.
- Develop interactive dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI, Excel, or similar BI tools.
- Automate reporting and improve data accuracy through process improvements.
- Monitor project productivity, resource utilization, and operational performance.
