Job Description
BettingJobs is currently recruiting for a leading iGaming brand who are looking to hire a CRM Manager to take ownership of the CRM strategy for the Danish market, based in Lisbon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other retention channels.
- Create and optimise customer journeys, lifecycle communications, and promotional campaigns.
- Analyse player behaviour and CRM performance to improve engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, BI, and Content teams to deliver localised and data-driven CRM initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity within Denmark.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in CRM within the iGaming industry.
