Job Summary
Prepare and teach classical ballet classes for students from toddlers to adults, guiding them toward professional dance careers. Lead and develop junior instructors, plan and deliver lesson plans, and create choreography for student productions.
Responsibilities- Prepare and teach engaging classical ballet classes for students aged toddler to adult to develop their dance skills and career potential.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver structured lesson plans and syllabi aligned with the RAD syllabus.
- Conduct teachers' meetings to communicate syllabus updates and ensure consistent teaching standards.
- Demonstrate and explain proper ballet techniques to students for effective learning.
- Connect with students to capture their attention and deliver clear, concise instruction.
