Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day dairy farm operations.
- Monitor animal health, feeding, breeding, and vaccination programs.
- Ensure proper care, hygiene, and welfare of livestock.
- Supervise, train and schedule farm workers.
- Maintain records of livestock, milk production, breeding, feed, and treatments.
- Monitor feed inventory and oversee fodder management.
- Ensure farm cleanliness and biosecurity standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports on farm performance.
