Responsibilities:
- Unload empty cylinders from delivery trucks and move them to fill racks or storage areas.
- Load delivery trucks nightly and prepare cylinders for reloading.
- Fill high-pressure cylinders (Industrial, Medical, and Mixes) following compression temperature/pressure methods.
- Operate and maintain equipment for pumping or repackaging gases into cylinders safely.
- Conduct pre-fill and post-fill inspections and tests before releasing cylinders.
- Ensure cylinders are adequately maintained and remove those requiring repair from service.
