- Reflects, demonstrates, advises customers on safe and effective handling of cylinders in line with Linde Safety standards.
- Always act in a professional manner in dealing with both Internal & External stakeholders – one that is fair and appropriate for the business and its customers.
- Effectively negotiates with customers regarding discrepancies noted and subsequent charges for lost or unaccounted cylinders.
- Drive the settlement process on acceptance or non-acceptance of offers to pay for lost cylinders.
- Responsible for utilising and responding to key reports regarding turnover, losses and write-ups.
