Perform firewall management, rule set configuration, validation, and advanced troubleshooting for KDE and all KY K-12 school districts. Provide operational support and management of the KY K-12 Enterprise Active Directory environment in cooperation with Microsoft and other internal teams. Manage and maintain an enterprise remote access VPN solution for all KY K-12 users, including configuration changes, applying updates, and troubleshooting issues. Serve as a technical project resource for major security initiatives in KY K-12 school districts. Manage statewide DNS infrastructure, including configuration changes and troubleshooting DNS-related issues. Manage enterprise DDoS mitigation services within a Managed Security Services group.
