Event Organisation and Support

• Assist in the end-to-end planning, coordination and execution of events including division meetings, team development and engagement such as townhalls and cohesion activities, trainings, community forums, and industry engagements
• Liaise with venues and speakers
• Manage end-to-end programme delivery involving programme design and execution, communications and logistics (including venue sourcing, catering, audio-visual requirements and RSVP management)
