The Cyber Security Controls Assessor is responsible for performing comprehensive IT control assessments across multiple platforms, including applications, databases, operating systems, middleware, and monitoring tools. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards and industry frameworks by evaluating control effectiveness, identifying risks, and partnering with stakeholders to remediate deficiencies. Requirement/Must Have: BA/BS in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years of general IT experience, including IT security or IT risk management. Demonstrated experience with NIST SP800-53 security controls catalog and/or Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance. Strong understanding of application, database, network, and systems security.
