Cyber Security and Privacy Specialist
High Prairie School Division is seeking a Cyber Security and Privacy Specialist to lead our technical information security efforts and ensure rigorous compliance with the Alberta Access to Information Act (ATIA) and the Protection of Privacy Act (POPA).
This role is the critical link between technical infrastructure and legislative oversight. You will work in a core team alongside our Network Analyst and the Privacy and Access Officer (PAO) to implement reasonable security arrangements that protect personal and sensitive data. You will translate high-level privacy policies into technical configurations, ensuring that HPSD’s network infrastructure remains resilient and compliant.
