Job Description
**Purpose and Impact:**
Amentum is seeking Junior Cyber Intelligence Analysts to support our U.S. Department of Energy contract. Position will be based in the Washington, D.C area.
**Work Schedule:** 5 days, 8 hrs
**Essential Responsibilities:**
Provide a wide range of Cyber Intelligence (CI) services to deliver timely, actionable, and relevant threat intelligence on hostile nation-states, cyber adversaries, and criminals seeking to conduct malicious cyber activities against U.S. energy sector partners.
**Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):**
+ 2–4 years supporting cybersecurity, cyber intelligence, SOC operations, incident response, or threat analysis.
+ Experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar, or Elastic.
+ Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and RMF.
+ Security+ required (or ability to obtain within six months).
