Job Description
Core Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in CX, UX, Digital Experience, or Product Improvement
- Strong expertise in User Journey Mapping, UX Research, and Usability Evaluation
- Experience with Customer Journey Analysis, Conversion Funnels, and Digital Analytics
- Handsโon experience with A/B Testing, KPI Monitoring, and Performance Reporting
- Knowledge of Accessibility Standards (WCAG) and User-Centered Design principles
- Proficiency in Figma, Wireframing, Prototyping, and Design Systems
- Experience with HTML/CSS, Responsive Web & Mobile Design, and AIโassisted UX tools
- Strong exposure to Agile methodologies, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement
