Job Description

Core Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in CX, UX, Digital Experience, or Product Improvement
  • Strong expertise in User Journey Mapping, UX Research, and Usability Evaluation
  • Experience with Customer Journey Analysis, Conversion Funnels, and Digital Analytics
  • Handsโ€‘on experience with A/B Testing, KPI Monitoring, and Performance Reporting
  • Knowledge of Accessibility Standards (WCAG) and User-Centered Design principles
  • Proficiency in Figma, Wireframing, Prototyping, and Design Systems
  • Experience with HTML/CSS, Responsive Web & Mobile Design, and AIโ€‘assisted UX tools
  • Strong exposure to Agile methodologies, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement
