Job Description
Renascence in Dubai seeks an experienced CX Consultant to design and deliver customer-experience transformation for leading GCC brands. You will lead CX diagnostics, journey mapping and design initiatives across the region.
You will run research and CX audits, facilitate workshops with client teams, and translate insights into measurable experience improvements. Arabic language skills are a plus and you will collaborate with cross-functional groups to drive impact.
