Job Description
Allianz Partners is seeking a Customer Experience Insights Lead to shape our global CX strategy through data-driven insights, VoC intelligence, and customer journey analysis. You will lead the CX Insights team and collaborate with senior leaders to embed customer-centric thinking across products and processes.
You will develop measurement models, drive end-to-end journey optimization, and transform feedback into dashboards and actionable recommendations that improve satisfaction and loyalty.
