- Lead discovery workshops, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and bridge the gap between stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Design and govern architectures across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud, including data models and integrations.
- Guide and mentor project teams of 5 or more members.
- Support pre‑sales activities, including effort estimation, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Salesforce certification(s) relevant to solution architecture and platform implementation.
- Strong enterprise architecture skills and experience in designing and delivering Salesforce solutions.
