Job Summary T he CVI Technology Solutions Manager provides expert technical guidance and support to Customer Value Optimization (CVI) programs and projects. This role ensures initiatives meet strategic energy goals, technical quality standards, and customer satisfaction. The position is hybrid, requiring onsite presence three days per week. Key Responsibilities Perf orm technical review and analysis of initiatives to meet customer needs. Review Client and customer agreements related to CVI initiatives. Ensure project results meet goals for technical quality, reliability, and intended improvement impacts. Monitor project performance and recommend adjustments to maintain improvement results. Plan, direct, and coordinate activities to identify initiative improvements. Provide accurate information to customer account managers for effective communication.
