About the Role
:We are looking forCustoms Process Training Expertwho can contribute to create an environment where the Customs department can fulfil the vision of “Customer obsession, efficient for us” in all of the team within its scope.
Key Responsibilities:
The individual will be a part of a team and will be responsible for training and education, within the customer service group. They will be required to
1. Develop a systematic training program for Customs teams to support the production team in achieving the individual targets aimed at delivering the specified service level agreements at all times
2. Ensure that the relevant Customs training materials are always kept updated
3. Conduct system and process training as required by the business needs (LnS product trainings, new hire training, refresher courses, cross-training etc) in conjunction with the team schedule on the floor
