Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, updates and status of the shipments.
- Coordinate with operations on delivery requirements.
- Examine documents for compliance with Bureau of Customs requirements.
- Check completeness of required documents.
- Ensure documents are properly covered by Shipping Instructions/SOP.
- Identify necessary clearance mode for the shipment.
- Prepare all documents needed for filing.
