Job Description

Black & Grey HR is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customs Controller with 5+ years of experience in the freight forwarding industry. The role isresponsible for overseeing end-to-end import and export customs clearance
activities, ensuring full compliance with UAE and GCC customs regulations, and
minimizing operational risks. The ideal candidate will serve as the key point
of contact with customs authorities and support seamless cargo movement across
borders.

Customs Clearance & Operations

- Manage end-to-end import and export customs clearance for air, sea, and land shipments.
- Review and verify customs declarations, invoices, packing lists, COO, and other supporting documentation.
- Ensure accurate HS code classification, customs valuation, and application of duties, VAT, and exemptions.
- Coordinate with operations, documentation teams, transporters, and clearing agents to ensure smooth cargo flow.<...
