Job Description
Pay Rate: $21 - $25 per hour
Schedule: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
The Customs Compliance Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the compliant, timely, and accurate movement of multimodal bonded freight within our terminal network. They support customs brokerage activities for ground, air, ocean, and rail shipments, helping customers navigate complex regulatory requirements while maintaining operational excellence. They work closely with internal teams, carriers, customs officials, and clients to ensure all documentation is properly managed and that shipments meet customs requirements efficiently.
Responsibilities
+ Process Transportation Entries (in-bonds) per internal handling SOPs.
+ Review and verify required import/export documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
