**Summary:**
Meta is seeking a Customer Value Architect and Journey Mapping Lead to join the Enterprise Sales Enablement organization within our Global Business Group. In this role, you will define and operationalize how Meta's enterprise sales teams articulate, quantify, and deliver customer value across complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. You will architect end-to-end customer journey frameworks that align Meta's advertising and business platform solutions to measurable enterprise outcomes, enabling sales teams to engage C-suite buyers with compelling, data-driven value narratives.
