Join Pajakku as a Customer Technical Support / API Consultant and help clients successfully implement, integrate, and optimize our digital tax solutions. You'll work closely with customers, provide technical consultation, and deliver seamless API integration experiences.
What You'll Do
- Install and maintain Pajakku applications for clients, including regular updates and system housekeeping.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution.
- Create and maintain API documentation and perform API testing using REST tools.
- Provide technical consultation and support for API implementation and integration.
- Assist pre-sales activities by conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Analyze client requirements and recommend the best technical solutions.
