Customer Team Member Location: Fountain Square, Brora, KW9 6NX

Pay: £13.04 per hour. Contract: 20 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part‑time.

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) with at least one weekend shift. Full, paid training provided.

What you'll do

• Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co‑op products and Membership, and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience.
• Work together to make everyone's day better – support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
• Make sure the store is safe and legal – keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct.
