Role Overview: As a Customer Support Agent, you will assist iGaming players through live chat, email, and phone β ensuring a fast, friendly, and professional service experience. Key Responsibilities: Deliver excellent support to Turkish-speaking clients. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues or escalate when necessary. Record all interactions accurately in the companyβs CRM system.
