Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs
Shift: Night Shift (Mandatory)
Transportation: Two-way Cab Facility Provided
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international customer service , supporting chat or mobile messaging channels .
- Comfortable working in night shifts and rotational week offs .
- Typing speed of 50 WPM or above with 90% accuracy .
- Strong web navigation and internet research skills.
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and efficiently switch between multiple screens, tools, and applications.
