Job duties include:
Delivering high-quality support via chat, email, and phone
Assisting guests with administrative and account-related queries
Ensuring prompt, clear, and accurate communication to resolve guest concerns efficiently
Skillset Requirements:
Good English writing and speaking skills
Can speak fluently with a neutral accent
Write English without grammatical errors
Good typing speed and can learn new systems
Can manage different shift timings
Compensation & Benefits:
Rs. 75,000 to Rs. 80,000 salary
