- Completed Senior High School or a Bachelor’s Degree holder
- With or without customer service work experience
- Ability to communicate in English effectively
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Must be dynamic and open to new learnings
- Willing to work on a night shift
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Talk to customers over the telephone, present software value, and promptly recognize clients’ needs
- Solve routine and complex problems using provided information sources or through conceptual and innovative thinking, with or without supervision
- Recognize problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions with minimal supervision
