As a Customer Support Officer – Platinum, you'll be the first point of contact for our tier-one customers and major projects, understanding their needs and delivering solution-focused outcomes. Working closely with our branch network, transport and fleet teams, you'll help deliver an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to fulfilment.
