As an Customer Service Officer, you act as the first point of contact for international customers and ensure that complex orders are managed correctly and on time.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working and thinking level
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find appropriate resolutions
- Proven experience with SAP is essential and experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Near-native Italian and a excellent command of English
