Overview
We are looking for a Support Consultant to oversee the stability and continuous improvement of a telecommunications platform within a high-demand technical environment. You will act as the highest level of technical escalation, collaborating with multiple teams to resolve critical incidents and strengthen operational reliability.
Responsibilities
- Lead the resolution of critical incidents affecting telecommunications services and infrastructure.
- Analyze recurring technical issues to identify structural weaknesses and propose long-term improvements.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and technical teams to implement permanent solutions across the platform.
- Act as the main technical liaison between end-users, internal teams, and international Tier-1 providers.
- Optimize Incident, Problem, and Knowledge Management processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce MTTR.
