We are looking for a Customer Support Executive in Eaton’s Aerospace business, based in Malaysia, Shah Alam Selangor.

What you’ll do:

• The Customer Support Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the commercial aspects of Eaton Aero Services (EAS) operations by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth execution of commercial operations.
• Assist the Commercial Manager in daily commercial operations and administrative tasks including managing customer relationships and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Establish competitive pricing models and strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining market competitiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
