Job Description : Yes Bank (ON TEAMSPACE PAYROLL) Profile – Phone Banking Officer Role and Responsibilities • Providing Support to the customer in resolving queries and concern. • For Captive contact Centre of a premium bank. • Handles customer inquiries, provides account information, and assists with various banking transactions over the phone. • Cross selling/upselling/promoting the banking product is mandatory. Inbound Customer Voice process Fixed plus Incentives CTC for Experienced: 32k CTC ( depends on interview ) Shift Time – Female – 7:00am to 7:00pm { 8.5 Hrs.
