Job Description
Location: Medini Iskandar Puteri Johor
Job Scope:
- Handle inbound calls regarding customer inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and issues related to company products.
- Exceed customer expectations by providing excellent service and accurate information.
- Work in a team to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
*Requirements:*
- *Do not have any account related to Grab rider/food/car*
- *At least SPM qualification. Compulsory pass sejarah*
- Proficient in English (ability to converse in Mandarin is an advantage).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the service industry is preferred (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Full training provided for those new to the call center industry.
- *Must be willing to work in Medini Iskandar Puteri Johor.*
