Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist clients with PF withdrawal queries and related services.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers.
- Manage customer interactions through WhatsApp and provide prompt support.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM details.
- Coordinate with the processing team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluent in Hindi and English communication skills.
- Strong communication and convincing abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is preferred.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a customer-first approach.
