We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, manage order statuses, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
- Check order statuses and customer profiles online.
- Provide clear and polite communication to resolve customer concerns.
- Support sales calls and assist in closing orders, earning incentives for successful closures.
Requirements:
Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (1-hour lunch break; tea provided twice a day).
Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in managing online orders and profiles.
- Excellent communication skills, polite and professional.
Languages Known: Must be proficient in English, Tamil, and Hindi.
Candidates from Madurai are preferred. This is an on-site role.
Compensation:
- Salary: Rs.18,500/- to 30,000/- per month.
