An exciting opportunity for a technically minded Customer Support Agent to join a leading engineering and automation business within a growing technical support team.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries relating to technical products, spare parts, service requirements and support solutions
- Assess customer requirements and identify appropriate products, components and service offerings
- Prepare technical quotations and commercial proposals
