Customer Support Engineer / Specialist | Up to $5.5K
Salary: $4,200 – $5,500/month
Location: Changi
Work Hours: Monday – Friday | 8.00am – 5.30pm
Join a leading precision engineering & aerospace manufacturer, supporting its fast-growing semiconductor business.
Your Role- Act as the key liaison between customers and internal engineering teams
- Handle customer enquiries and provide technical support
- Investigate product issues and perform failure analysis
- Prepare failure analysis reports and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate with Quality, Production and Engineering teams to resolve customer concerns
- Lead containment activities during quality incidents
- Gather customer feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives
